In 2009 he was signed with Carpark Records and subsequently released his first full length album called "Causers of This" in 2010. He went on to study graphic design at the University of South Carolina, but following his graduation, Bundick formed a musical friendship with chillwave artist Ernest Greene aka "Washed Out", that got him back into music. In his youth days, he went to Ridge View High School in Columbia, where he decided to put an indie rock band together called "The Taxi Chaps" with three of his school friends. Many people have linked him with the rise of the chillwave movement around 2010. His music has included a range of different genres. Bundick first started out his career in 2008.
